"This is just a short note on behalf of Adam Tetrault
of Bear Media with relation to our firm’s involvement with
this company.
Previous to using Adam’s services for both web design
and web site hosting we were using (another local company). We
were very unhappy in that changes we wanted for our site were
extremely slow in taking effect. I took a college course to design
sites and built our own. We also were using Shaw cable as our
host but found that they could not provide us with a secure site
designation and felt we were receiving poor service otherwise.
It was at this time we contacted Adam to host our site as well
as to fine tune it too make it more functional and user friendly.
He also set us up with secure site designation.
We find Adam’s work to be prompt with regards to changes
made as well as being very knowledgeable on site set up and workings.
He has been invaluable in offering and implementing tips to make
our site one of the best floral sites around. We also have found
that our site hosting has never been down in the years we have
used his services while other companies we have used continually
went down (especially Shaw) and they were in no hurry to remedy
the situation. Bear Media prices are a little more reasonable
than the others firms we used and Adam was always available to
answer questions or offer advise to help make our site even better
than it previously was. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and
a pleasure to collaborate with. He was very willing to listen
to and implement the ideas we felt were important to the image
we wished to portray on our website.
